Flavio Cappelletti is the founder of Motor & Fork, a travel experience brand that brings together motorcycles, food, and authentic Italian culture. A corporate pilot by profession and a lifelong rider, Flavio created Motor & Fork to share the roads, flavors, and places that make Italy unforgettable. His vision is to build a community of riders who want to experience Italy not just as visitors, but as part of the journey.

“Motorcycles have always been part of my life. There is a kind of freedom that only comes from riding — the rhythm of curves, the focus of the moment, the connection with the landscape around you. The Apennine mountains offer some of the most beautiful and rewarding roads in Europe, often just a short ride away from incredible food traditions that have been preserved for generations”
